Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you purchased and to be completely satisfied.  We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with your and we will willingly send a replacement or refund, if your claim falls within our guarantee period and conditions of our guarantee.  

If you believe there is an issue, please notify Outside.com Customer Service using our online Contact Us Form within three (3) days from the time your items or plants were received.  

Our guarantee covers both the timely delivery and the condition of your purchases.  If either are unsatisfactory, please report the problem to us using our online Contact Us Form within three (3) days of receiving your items.

Because most plants will recover once planted, we may request that you plant it, with proper planting and care, and give it some time to recover before we deem replacement plant(s) should be shipped.

While we cannot accept responsibility for losses caused by extreme weather, neglect, or inappropriate climate zone (clearly indicated for every plant), our knowledgeable Customer Service Team can help you solve common problems that you might have with your plant(s).

Should a replacement be approved, Outside.com will pay shipping costs on plant(s) that have a damage report on file within three (3) days of delivery, for a period of 30 days from delivery.  If we cannot replace the specific plant and size, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the plant as credit to the original method of payment.

Please document all issues with clear photos detailing the damage, problem, or concern, including damage to the box which resulted in damage to the product.  Please send us the photos using our online Contact Us Form and retain the box and product until we receive instructions from the carrier.  No claims, credits, or refunds will be issued if acceptable pictures are not submitted.

All refunds will be based on the original paid purchase price of the items, minus any order discounts.  All refunds will be issued as credit to the original method of payment, unless noted in our Policy Exceptions.  Purchases made with a gift certificate will be refunded as a gift certificate.

Additionally, if you file a charge-back with your payment provider or bank, you will not be eligible for a refund under our Guarantee.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of this site, including disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia without regard to its conflicts of law’s provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Georgia, and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.  Outside.com (and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees) shall not, in any event, be liable for damages in an amount greater than the original purchase price of the product(s).  Should Outside.com prevail, it will be entitled to recover its costs and attorney fees.

Outside.com, including without limitation its related and affiliated entities, its subsidiaries and its licensees, successors and assigns, reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on case-by-case basis.  All subsequent amendments to these Policies are automatically incorporated herein at the time of the amendment, including without limitation the limitations of liability, disclaimers, choice of venue and jurisdictional provisions.
