When submitting a support request with our Outside.com Customer Service Team using our online Contact Us Form, you may be contacted with questions to help determine the appropriate actions to take, and facilitate your requests.
Please make sure that you include clear, and correct, instructions on how you prefer to be contacted, either by phone or email.
Please document all issues with clear photos detailing the damage, problem, or concern - you may be asked to provide these so that we can determine if a replacement is needed.
If eligible, a replacement order or refund will be issued, and you’ll be given instructions for returning the product, postage paid, if necessary.
If we choose to send you a replacement for your product, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.
